Dennis Carcel Is a very professional Realitor thoughout our 6 month search My wife and I are extremely very picky people and wanted the best deal we could find and Dennis delivered that. He went out of his way on more than several occasions during our search. He treated my family like his own and that's very rare today . Words do not begin to explain how wonderful and helpful Dennis was in this whole process for us. As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I found Dennis on Zillow and we could not have been more happy to find someone who literally was there evey step of the way with any question or concern that we had! My wife basically stumbled on Dennis when she was looking at some houses on Zillow and his information came up. So she called him about looking at a house she wanted to see. At the time we were basically just seeing what was available out there. We didn't need to buy anything at the moment but wanted to start looking for another home to raise a family in. From the beginning Dennis came off very professional and we didn't feel any pressure in buying anything or that he was just out to make a sale. Dennis truly had our best interest in mind when looking at properties and when we found a house we liked. He went above and beyond to help us make the deal happen. I have a pretty hectic schedule and am always on the go, however no matter if I called Dennis in the early AM or late PM he would answer or get back to me shortly. Dennis and Laurie were amazing. We had limited time to look (we were moving to NJ from MD and were only in the area for 2 days.) We asked to look late Friday and Dennis worked with us to make sure we could look Saturday. Him and Laurie worked well beyond regular business hours to make sure we were signed and everything was handled before we left town (6-9pm on a Saturday.) I would definitely recommend Dennis!!! (side note I couldn't figure out my password so this may or may not be the third review I've written! We were unsure as to whether we wanted to do construction on our summer beach home or purchase a new one. We saw a listing on Trulia and contacted Dennis Carcel. It was one of the best experiences we ever had regarding real estate. Dennis was knowledgeable of his field and there wasn't a time we called when he was not at our disposal. Whether during the week or weekends, as soon as we called he met us with several listing that fit our requirements. Since we own several properties and work long hours, he was just what we needed. Someone who listened, found us what we were interested in, and didn't waste our time looking at listings that did not fit our needs. Unfortunately, we did decide to do construction on our existing home, but Dennis graciously understood and there is no doubt if the situation every arises again, Dennis will be the one we call. Dennis is an upstanding professional. My wife an I had previously worked with two other realtors and neither came close to providing the service we were provided with by Dennis. Dennis not only helped us find the perfect house, he went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible! He even went as far to go there when we couldn't to meet repair people and get estimates for us. He made himself available sometimes in an hours notice so that we could see a house. He showed us so many houses and was always very honest about each one of them. He was always professional, on time, extremely knowledgable, and taught us so much when buying our first home.
