Dennis is the best you could ask for! When making the move into buying our first home we gave Dennis a pretty specific set of desirables. Some may have told us no chance, but Dennis put together a list of places that suited our needs exactly. He then set all the viewings up back to back and guided us from start to finish, all the time with a smile. We are now in our home almost a year, and couldn't have done it without Mr. Manhattan!

Dennis made selling our condo such a pleasant experience! We sold in the middle of COVID and were nervous that it would sit on the market for a long while. Dennis recommend a date to list, and we had multiple offers within a week. We live out of state and were not able to return to prepare the condo for pictures etc. Dennis handled everything for us! I highly recommend Mr. Manhattan!

Its one thing to know the real estate market, its another to know what real estate is best suited to your needs so that your time and energy is not wasted. Dennis is direct and knowledgeable which is very important when there are so many factors to consider when renting or buying property in New York.
