Before launching his real estate career, Dennis was a management consultant for several major U.S. companies, where he developed strategies and implemented IT systems solutions. After becoming a real estate agent, Dennis joined forces with Vivian Yoon to create Highland Premiere, the product of their mutual philosophies, goals, and work ethics.
Real estate represents everything Dennis is passionate about: home, architecture, art, negotiations, and investments. He began investing in Silicon Beach real estate in his 20s, and his experience with purchases, sales, and investments make him indispensable to clients looking to build their own portfolios. Dennis also has expertise in negotiations and conflict management. He touches every price point and property type, and uses his data-driven background to help his clients make well-informed decisions.
