To whom it may concern:

My wife and I have had the privilege of purchasing two real estate properties with Dennis James representing our side of the transaction. We have been very pleased with the level of service and his genuine concern for our best interests throughout each element of both dealings.

Our first transaction involved the purchase of a condominium for personal use. We made offers on a couple of properties before securing the home we now own. Throughout the process, Dennis demonstrated a thorough knowledge of our requirements and helped insure we did not over pay. He did his homework on pricing and the end result was an excellent value. His help in the negotiations was invaluable.

The second purchase was a rental property and again, Dennis came through very well for us. He brought us a listing that was significantly below market and helped seal the deal despite taking a firm position on some needed repairs. In the end, we were easily able to rent the house and four months later, the value of our investment has increased well over 10%.

Moreover, I can’t say enough about Dennis James and his performance on our behalf. We wish him nothing but the best.

For any individual or family looking for a stellar realtor I highly recommend Dennis James. I first met Dennis when my parents were looking for a home. My mother was very particular about what she wanted in a home. If there was just one thing that did not meet her checklist, she rejected house. Dennis was very patient and understanding to my parents wants and needs in a home. Some homes that he suggested did not meet their expectations but Dennis gave them a vision that would still fit within their budget to meet all there requirements. He had a lot of knowledge about homes and neighborhoods and if he did not know, he would take the time to research, find answers to their questions and concerns. Dennis was very prompt with returning calls and drawing up paperwork which was always accurate. He was without fail one step ahead just in case the right house came a long. When it came down to negotiations, he really looked out for my parents. He worked hard and went beyond his call of duty to seal the deal.

After seeing what a great experience my parents had with Dennis, my wife and I decided we wanted to hire him as our realtor. Unfortunately, he moved to Florida. We gave him a call anyway and he set us up with a realtor in Maryland that he could team up with and still be a part of our home buying process. We ended up finding a short sale that became a very stressful process. Through it all, he kept my wife and I calm by explaining things and guiding us through the entire process. One of the best traits about Dennis is that he is honest and straightforward. He will always give you his professional opinion to better guide you in the right direction. Both my wife and I are very grateful for Dennis and could not have made it through the process without him. Thank you for all your help!
