About Dennis

Dennis is a lifelong California native, he moved to the Bay Area 20 years ago and has remained here ever since. Having lived everywhere from San Francisco to the South Bay, East Bay, and now the Peninsula, Dennis has an in-depth knowledge of the Bay Area and its many enclaves. He began his career in sales, marketing, and advertising and has more than 18 years of experience from working with companies such as the Oakland A’s, Denver Broncos, Pier 39, and various television media companies.

Dennis became a real estate agent to put his sales, marketing, and advertising experience to use in a field that he’s very passionate about - real estate! He enjoys making a difference in his clients’ life by helping them buy and sell one of the most important assets they’ll have in life. He believes not in participating in home buying and selling transactions, but rather believes in home buying and selling relationships.

Dennis works closely with his clients to get to know them well, finding out what their goals and objectives are, and so that they too have a good sense for how he conducts business on their behalf. When working with buyers, he takes pride in knowing that his job is to find them the right home, one which meets their must-have criteria, and guides them throughout the entire process so that they never feel alone. When working with sellers, Dennis’ job is to evaluate his clients’ property and develop an effective plan to market their home for its maximum on-market value.
