Deno Merziotis

Deno Merziotis was born and raised in San Diego. Since childhood, his family has successfully owned and operated a tremendous array of both commercial and residential properties, which has given Deno a solid foundation and competitive edge with various aspects of real estate. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University in 2001. Shortly after college, Deno began his career in real estate selling new construction for various developers across the county. While in new home sales, Deno served as a primary salesperson for approximately 250 condos in Downtown San Diego's "Ballpark District", better known as East Village. Once these large developments sold out, Deno began his career in residential resale, joining Prudential California Realty in 2005 and later Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in 2010.

Over the years, Deno has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers succeed in real estate and has maintained a consistent record and reputation in the industry. After a lifetime of real estate knowledge, a background in Economics, and vast sales experience with new homes, resale, and property management, Deno Merziotis was excited to team with Coldwell Banker West in January 2022. With his familiarity of San Diego's coastal and metro neighborhoods to the inland suburbs and rural mountain areas, Deno can sell real estate all throughout the county. Deno Merziotis currently lives with his wife and two children. He is fluent in English and Greek and has basic knowledge of Spanish. While not at work, he enjoys saltwater sportfishing, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and staying active.
