My experience with this young man was awesome he was respectful and just as anxious as I was to help find me a home within areas / reasonable price bracket that I can afford.
It did not make a difference if I found something that had not come to his attention yet when I reached out to him it became a matter of importance that he get the information needed to satisfy his client which I appreciate and want hesitate to negotiate without question on your behalf for the best price and a lot of relator lack that in my experiences.

As a first time home buyer, I had no clue as to what I was doing or the stresses that comes with purchasing a home but Denton’s tenacity and dedication made the process seamless. He was able to explain the entire process and made sure I received the best deal possible! Denton came at a time when I was feeling discouraged after realizing that my previous realtor was not a good fit for me. I was seriously contemplating giving up on purchasing a home after searching for awhile and not finding anything suitable. Denton was very attentive to the things that I desired in a house and was able to provide me with options that met my expectations. He was very patient and made finding my home his top priority which led to him FINDING my home. The process of purchasing a home as a first time home buyer can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. However, Denton’s laid back, detailed-oriented and tenacious personality actually made purchasing a home an enjoyable experience!
