Here’s a brief glimpse into where I am from, who I am, what I do, and why it pertains to YOU: I grew up in central Virginia then attended James Madison University. Upon graduation with my Bachelor of Science degree, I attended graduate school University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I attained my graduate degree in Environmental Sciences & Engineering.
A house may be walls and a roof but a home is about family no matter how big or small. It’s personal and so much more. My goal is not just to be a real estate agent but to personally get to know you and the details that are important to you and to develop a trusted relationship that will help you find the house that is your home.
So now as a real estate agent, I specialize in both buyer and seller representation, including first time home buyers, relocation, and new construction. I utilize skills I picked up from my science and research days and incorporate what I can to better serve my clients. For my clients, I utilize my research skills to provide you with a in depth analysis of home values, the best pricing or negotiation strategies, and develop a marketing strategy using the latest technology for sellers.
My attention to detail, dedication, and work ethic will guide you through the real estate buying and/or selling process! I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals!
