Deonna was my realtor for not 1 but 2 home buying experiences. She was referred to me through a mutual friend. I went into the first home buying process not knowing very much. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and responsive realtor. She listened to my wants and gave me realistic feedback for what the market was at the time 6 years ago. As with any home buying, things come up and dates get moved. She went the extra mile, Bc that’s just who she is, to make sure I wasn’t blindsided and help me
feel at ease at an extremely stressful time. Fast forward 5 years later, I sold that home and moved an hour away. She helped us find the perfect home. She made sure we we not only got what we needed but what we wanted in our home. She asked me the things I wouldn’t have thought I wanted in a home, and I’m glad she did. The second time, obviously I was a lot more knowledgeable in the process, but it was so helpful to have a realtor that did all the leg work. She made sure everything was getting done behind the scenes. I didn’t worry, Bc I knew Deonna wouldn’t let me down. She is thorough and very responsive. I know I wasn’t her only client at the time, but she makes you feel like you are. She doesn’t answer the phone, while your looking at a property, so you have her undivided attention. She had a good relationship with both lenders I used, so she was never lost on what was happening. I couldn’t have been happier with her professionalism and friendship she showed me.

Deonna is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and great negotiator, worked very hard to maneuver in a difficult market to ensure my handicapped parents needs were met or exceeded.
