About Derek

A homeowner and investor since 2007, Derek became a licensed real estate professional in 2011. Derek completed his broker coursework in 2015 and soon after became co-owner of his own real estate company. In 2019 he established his own brokerage, Legacy Homes & Properties.

Presently he is a proud Christian, a married man, and a loving father of four girls. Derek and his family reside in the Humble area.

Derek spends a great deal of time in the community today. Derek is a firm believer that business ownership is an option that many of our young people should be exposed to at an early age, an option that sets them up for a quality career path in the future.

Derek looks forward to watching his girls grow up, living life to the fullest, and sharing as much as he can with the next Generation.
