Derek Bonanni

Derek is responsible for the operations of Bonanni Development’s expanding real estate portfolio. From property management to marketing, Derek is constantly adapting to ensure that Bonanni Development’s properties are offering their residents the best possible living experience. Prior to joining the team, Derek was the Director of Operations at one of Southern California’s leading valet/parking companies where he managed 40+ employees over 15 locations.
