A friend recommended Derek to my wife and I as we began our housing search process. Immediately it felt like we were working with a friend or close family member who has a background in contracting, brokering and of course, finding great houses. We entered the search during a potentially tough time, with few houses on the market and less than desirable interest rates. Derek encouraged us that it is always a good time to get into a house and he proved that true.

The house we purchased was under contract, an option we would not have known how to navigate. He advised us on the offer which was accepted, connected us with a great inspection which he used to land us a great deal. Derek was encouraging, thorough, fast to respond and genuinely had our best interest in mind. It was so easy to go through this home buying process with his help. Derek Colby helped my husband and I buy a home in Spokane, Washington. He went above and beyond showing us many properties, he researched all the best options for us based on our budget and goals and location needs. Derek ultimately found our dream home, got us in to see it the next day and wrote up our offer the same day to secure the home.
