Derek DiSera

Derek is a lifelong Chicagoan who grew up in the Western Suburbs but has called the city home for the past 27 years. He attended Elmhurst College graduating with a degree in Marketing and began his professional life as a Project Manager for a Commercial Real Estate Firm.

He currently resides in Old Irving Park with his wife and daughter where he serves on the Board for the Friends of Schurz High School and has also served on the Board at St. Viator where he is active in the community. Derek treasures time spent with his family and friends discussing all things cars, photography, local Brewpubs, and his favorite classic comedies.

It was his passion for Architecture and how homes influence all aspects of our life that inspired Derek to launch his Real Estate career 21 years ago. He is a Top Producer as named by the Chicago Association of Realtors and has remained in the top 2% of all Realtors in sales volume for the last 15 years.

He quickly understood the value of investing in Real Estate and used his experience and passion to begin his own portfolio while also developing and selling many homes throughout the city and suburbs.
