Derek is an exceptional real estate agent. He has the ability to preview a home, know the target buyer, and direct you on how to prepare your home for sale. We followed his advice. We had a sales agreement in 2 days. And it sold above list price. The Donatelli Group, including Derek and Amanda, made the process of selling our home a pleasant experience.
