Derek is an amazing realtor. He helped us sell a home at well above asking price, and secure our dream home in a highly competitive bidding process. His market knowledge, negotiating skills, and client-centered approach took all the anxiety out of the process and made it so simple. Plus, he has an exceptional supporting team that handles administrative activities, financing, staging, renovations, etc. We trusted him and his team to deliver for us, and boy did they!

Based on our experiences, we’ve recommended Derek to family and friends. He recently secured a winning bid for a family member buying for the first time in a highly competitive downtown Philly neighborhood. And, he helped our friends sell their Chester County home at well above asking price.
