Derek Harris has played a pivotal role in the transformation of the commercial and residential real estate market in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and across the U.S. He has brokered more than $2 billion in mobile home and RV communities and more than $3 billion in commercial real estate. Over the last 30 years, he has completed brokerage transactions in excess of $5 billion. In addition to his brokerage, Harris has unique experience as a principal leading the acquisition and development of more than $300 million of real estate projects.
