Great guy to work with. Helped my wife and I find our first home quickly, almost faster than we were prepared for! We were able to land the first house we looked at. It fit all our needs and we'll within our tight budget for the area. We lost the first be however with his help when the bid fell though after 2 weeks we were notified by Derek that the house was available again. We were able to bid again and got the house. Derek helped us get paperwork done quickly and very simple. He helped is through the buying process. We were able to get over 5,000 off closing! Derek also has lots of great recommended vendors which help smooth the process.
