I had the good fortune to hire Derek as my real estate agent, in every instance, his service not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Derek has the highest degree of integrity regarding real estate sales and service. If he tells you he will deliver exactly what you want and on time you can count on it. His professionalism and attentiveness are perfect. I went through several real estate agents before finding Derek and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Derek did an exceptional job as my real estate agent and I cannot say enough. He showed me several properties until we came across the one I had to have. He took the time to give me price analysis on eight homes and I picked this one because of the price and condition. I didn't think it would fly but he got the seller to offer lower than asking price and even pick up the closing costs!! I am a widower on a fixed income so I really appreciated the extra effort he put in to getting this done for me. He made the whole experience terrific and I could tell he was busting his hump to get this done for me, He even got me a cool house warming gift when I moved. A truly great experience from beginning to end!!! Great job, Derek, I wish you never ending success!!!!

Derek did a wonderful job helping us find a house in Maricopa, Arizona! We flew down from Minnesota in the spring of 2016 to look for homes in Maricopa. We had only 2 days to pick one out. Derek had 17 homes ready for us to look at and he organized the homes so that they were in proper order as far as closeness goes. We rated each house from 1 to 10 and at the end of second day, we were able to make a good decision on the house that we wanted. We love our new house here in Maricopa!
