Derek and his team have done it again!! This is our 2nd time working with the Johnson family team and we have had an amazing experience both times. We purchased our first home with Derek a few years ago and he guided us without judgment through the entire process, never making us feel bad for asking so many questions or having a lower end budget. We are now moving across the country and immediately knew we wanted to list our home with Derek. He was an expert with the Tacoma area as he guided us to purchase our fist home that we just sold with him just 2.5 years later for double the price we bought it for! The selling process with Derek was excellent, he paid close attention to detail and followed up with every single lead. I really felt like Derek gave us 100% on both the buying and selling side! Thank you Johnson family team!

Derek went above and beyond for us in the sale of our property. We live in a different state and there was a lot of work to get the property ready for sale and Derek took care of all of the work and always communicated all issues to us in a timely manner. As well as being a really nice guy!

Derek worked with us 5 years ago and sold us our home. He was actually the only agent that offered to help us when we met him at an open house, other agents we’d talked to didn’t seem to want to be bothered. He was patient as it took awhile and quite a few houses to find what we wanted. We knew we were only staying in the house for a few years, so when the time came to sell in September, we contacted Derek to handle the sale. He explained the process and had our house sold in days.

Derek was awesome to work with. It took us 2 years to finally find the home we desired, and Derek never faltered away or pressured us into buying something that wasn't an exact fit over the course of the 2 years. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and hard working. He ensured we got the best deal and that everything was in order during the buying process. He had a great recommendation for an inspector.
