I had an excellent experience working with Derek. I was using a different realtor originally and had seen many houses that did not fit my style. After one phone call with Derek, he sent me a list of houses to review. Several of them were close and one of them was exactly what I was looking for. We went to view it the next day and 2 months later I’ve closed and am moving in! Throughout the process, Derek was friendly, responsive, and helpful! I highly recommend him as a realtor to anyone in Central Florida, but especially to people moving from out of state! He handled so much for me remotely and I really appreciate it!
