We were assigned Derek thru Zillow and had no previous association with him. Even though we had family and friends that were Realtors, we decided to try Derek. We are so happy that we did. He helped us purchase our new home and we were so happy with his service, we decided to have him sell our house. Derek is very knowledgeable and very personal. Purchasing a home is probably he biggest investment and decision you will make in your life time and having someone you feel very comfortable and confident with is so important. He is never pushy or trying to persuade you into a decision. He only gives you valuable information from his many years of experience to help you make your own decision. From the first time we met he has always made us feel comfortable with him and very confident in the knowledge he shares with us. My wife and I highly recommend Derek Walkington. Everything he said, he has followed thru with. He is always very punctual and even though we were early to everyone of our appointments, he was always there before us. Any call or text was always very quickly responded to. You will be very happy to have him represent you help you purchase or sell your home.
