A lifelong resident of the Harrisonburg Area, Derik entered into a real estate career in 2002. His passion is the people he helps and the community he lives in. Derik works to put his clients in the best possible position to buy and sell real estate while managing the details related to the transaction, negotiations and closing. Derik brings an honest and up-front approach to each and every transaction. It is his goal to have lifelong clients and friends, who’s needs he can serve for a long time to come.

In his free time, he enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with his wife, son, friends and family. Derik am passionate about his local community and creating sustainable, intelligent growth. As a resident of the Historic Old Town neighborhood, he is a strong advocate for Downtown Harrisonburg and local businesses.
