You will rest easy at night, knowing that every move this man makes on your behalf will be in your best interests.

Many claim the high ground of fiduciary, very few live it. I see him in a class with John Bogle, index fund genius, Vanguard founder, and the man who changed an entire industry from its winner take all/caveat emptor culture to one that
gave small time individual investors an equal shot, treating them with honesty, integrity, and fairness--just like Derrick.

His knowledge of real estate is expert, and his negotiating skills are superb. Best of all, Derrick Bailey SELLS houses. By all means hire him. It could well be one of your best moves, ever!
