Derrick is the absolute best! Not only was he so accommodating to our extensive search radius he was encouraging and knowledgeable and helped us along every step of the way. He was always available to listen to my crazy questions and responded quickly making the entire process quick and seamless. We were able to find our dream home and couldn’t have done it without Derrick. I don’t plan on buying another house again soon since ours is perfect, but he will always be my go to!

Although I know many experienced and successful real estate agents I decided used Derrick / Sold by Gold, to both purchase and sell a home and both experiences have been 5 star. Derrick was always available to answer questions and provide guidance along the way as both a buyer and again as a seller. With Derricks help we were able to purchase our perfect home in a super competitive market. The experience I had with Derrick as my buyers agent was top notch , so much so, that I decided to use him again when I sold an investment property I owned. Overall both process ( buying and selling ) went as seamlessly as possible and we were able to get top dollar for the sale of the property! The SOLD BY GOLD way!
