Derrick is the best, he is honest and diligent. During the whole renting process, he delivered everything he said and I cannot feel easier. We hired another realtor to rent out our property and it was in the market for 2 months without any applicant. Derrick took over and did some maintenance, took amazing photos, and got a couple of applicants after the first open house day, we rented it out choosing a perfect candidate.

I really appreciated working with Derrick and his knowledge of the real estate business. He made the process so easy with his step busy step online document system that I never had to go far to bid on a home. He made it as painless as possible. Going into selling my childhood home I was  unsure of the process and nervous that my realtor would be more for themselves. Derrick Muska eased my mind for both of those things by listening, understanding my unique situation, and being incredibly patient with all of my  fears and concerns .
If had any questions there was never a time when Derrick made me like I was bothersome.
Derrick was diligent in his plans and produced an outcome that was beyond what I had expected. After working with  Derrick I felt like I made a friend  and for that I am so incredibly grateful .
