Desiree Stango

Deeply rooted in the Brattleboro community, I grew up immersed in my
family’s restaurants, where I formed lifelong bonds with so many people I
now call family. After earning my Bachelor’s degree from the Fashion
Institute of Technology in New York City, where I lived for several years, life
brought me back to my beloved hometown.

Upon returning, I rejoined the family’s restaurant while exploring new
passions—one of which became the foundation for my business, Tidy Nest.
This complete home service company focused on organization, cleaning,
moving facilitation, and more. Through my work with clients, I was lucky to
hear the stories of their homes and assist them in preparing for life’s next
steps. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for real estate—it
felt like a natural next chapter.

When I’m not working, I’m with my three wonderful children—Anthony,
Vincent, and Stephanie—who keep me on my toes with their many activities
and interests. I’m proud to serve on the board of the Brattleboro Hockey
Association and stay active in several other local organizations that support
our vibrant community.
