About Desiree

Desiree was born in Monterey County and moved as a child to be raised in Orange County until 1995. Desiree work experience was first with the Semiconductor Industry in Orange County till 1995. Soon then after Desiree transferred to Santa Cruz working in the Semiconductor Industry with Texas Instruments in Santa Cruz. After Texas Instruments plants closure Desiree got involved with Real Estate and different departments as home loans, escrow, representing real estate agent for sales and purchases of homes and town homes with various real estate companies. Desiree has had an active Real Estate license since 2007 and currently is partnered with David Lyng Real Estate. Originally being rooted and lived in Northern California since 1995, Desiree is very familiar with Santa Cruz County, and her combined knowledge of loan processing and escrow makes any sale or purchase with confidence and a smooth transaction.
