I am so blessed to have Devika as my realtor. She was referred by my relative. Where should I start, we have been looking for a home couple of year now and previous agent couldn’t get the job done. However, Devika was patience with us and showed us homes in our price range. She understood the assignment and took into consideration of all the amenities we want in a home and had us viewed many homes so that we can compare and contract and ultimately make a decision. She also did an amazing job negotiating the price. She walked us through the step by step process. We would forever be grateful for Devika because now we are first time homebuyer and generation wealth can be created within our family.

Devika was god sent and at the very right moment. I was in the process of apartment hunting, alone with no specific broker. I encountered many different brokers who showed obvious signs of the lack of interest they had with helping me search of a place. However, I came across Devika and right away she told me to meet with her. When we met, we instantly clicked! It felt like I’ve known her forever. Not only did she give me confidence in finding the perfect place but she dedicated herself to assisting me in ensuring my family will have an amazing place to rest our head. Of course the process takes time and we had a few bumps in the road but Devika kept pushing, even when I got discouraged and gave up, she kept looking for me (unknown to me of course) but I’m glad she did! She was able to find what I call, “the perfect home” for my family. 5/5 Customer Service, Professionalism, Responsiveness & Dedication! Thank you again Devika!!!!

I will start this firstly by saying Berkshire Hathaway is a professional and very thorough agency, we were so fortunate we found them and had the pleasure of working with Devika Maraj,
who did a lot more for us than we could have ever expected from a realtor. I especially appreciated how on top of things she was and how informed they kept us every step of the way, we were really impressed with her professionalism and genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied in all our decisions and left no question unanswered.
In short she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
