I have always had a passion to help others, in the past I have been a successful Sales Account Manager, Salesperson, Business owner and professional my entire career. That passion has carried over to my career in Real Estate as well. With my previous experience at a Mobile based healthcare solutions provider, I managed a territory of over 110 facilities all over the United States. Always securing one of the top 5 sales positions. With proven success in sales, marketing and customer service, I decided to turn my focus to an environment of self-fulfillment and success by turning my attention to the real estate field. I have found immediate success after earning my Real Estate License in early 2023. I feel I have passion for the industry, attention to details, quality customer service and a passion to succeed that afforded me the respect and admiration of my colleagues. I bring to this position a relentless work ethic and constant marketing and networking efforts are evident to all which I feel makes for a successful agent.
As a Realtor ®, my goal is to continue to meet and exceed personal and business goals as I did for so many years in previous industries I have served. My goal is to help clients overcome fears of home ownership and the unknown of selling their home, investing in real estate and help them navigate perceived barriers to reach their goals. I have a true passion is to help people to reach personal and financial wellness through real estate purchases for themselves or from property investments. Additionally, I am an investor in real estate and have flipped and remodeled several properties. This skill offers my clients a unique perspective of what it will take to make the property offering the best it can be. From staging, potential improvements, curb appeal, etc.; no idea is ignored that will maximize the potential financial gain to the seller. I am an avid learner, never intimidated by learning new things or trying innovative ideas. As an industry leader and in the top 20 agents in our Mobile Office for 2023 I have been called upon by several groups to speak to members of the real estate industry on my success, and teach of my unique marketing technique and mentor others.
