Sometimes I feel like Devon was our Guardian angel, or a late Christmas present, but certainly she is the embodiment of everything that is good in the world of real estate. My husband had been offered a tenured position at a Western North Carolina Univeristy and we were making a very big move from New York City to the greater Asheville area. We were first time home buyers with young children and we were very uneasy and nervous about the home buying process. She came to us as a recommendation from our Mortgage lender. While the mortgage process was often exhausting and stressful, Devon made the home buying process a true joy and at times was the only thing keeping me sane. I was immediately impressed with how thorough and organized she was. She clearly listened to all of our requests for an ideal property-as all of the homes she showed us matched our criteria perfectly. Making this move from out state was a challenge but Devon acted as the liaison for all of the mandatory inspections and appointments driving well out of her way to accommodate us. She provided all the information on the school systems, electric companies, handymen, contractors etc. To say she is a dream to work with does not do her justice. She is an absolute pro and absorbs all the stress of the home buying process while never losing her calm, kind disposition. The BEST.
