Devyn went above and beyond to help us purchase the one home we fell in love with. She was very organized, her communication was timely and through, she knows her stuff and always goes above and beyond!! Ours was not an easy process with lots and lots of bumps in the road. We contemplated walking away MANY times but Devyn continued to reassure us. If it could go wrong with the buying and selling of our home it did, but she continued to work her magic and from list to close was 56 days. Devyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was the Loan Officer for our buyer, the the home they were buying had a very difficult seller and non-communicative listing agent. Devyn had to go above and beyond to keep everyone informed and work out some sticky details when the seller continued to dig in their heels. I was VERY glad that she was the buyer's agent, otherwise I'm not so sure we would've closed! Awesome job Devyn!

I'm writing this review to express how incredibly happy I was to have Devyn LeBlanc handling the sale and purchase of my home recently. Devyn showed the utmost professionalism and expertise in the real estate market and made buying and selling a home as stress free and as easy as possible. Devyn was caring and sensitive through the whole process as it was a very emotional time for me. I was going through a divorce at the time and was going to have to sell my house while also finding a new one. Devyn was very understanding of my situation and was a great help. She handled both the sale of my previous home as well as the purchase of my new one with compassion, skill, and expertise. Her knowledge of the market allowed me to sell the house for just what I was asking for, and to purchase my new place under asking price. Devyn is very responsive when it comes to any questions or suggestions and responds to emails or phone calls immediately. Even after the sale and purchase of both homes, Devyn still stays in touch by sending valuable information, helping with providing documents for tax purposes, and generally making sure I'm not "just another customer!". If I could give Devyn 100 stars I would! She is the absolute best realtor ever! When we decided to sell our house of 23 years, I chose Devyn because we already had a connection - her daughter had been in my three-year-old preschool class years before. I respected Devyn’s work ethic and commitment, and I knew her to be just an all-around great person. She helped us through the process of selling our home. She gave suggestions regarding staging and of course pricing. We felt we wanted to ask for more than she initially suggested and she allowed us to do that. She set everything up perfectly to put the house on the market. The photos for the listing were nothing short of amazing! We had the house on the market at the price we wanted for about a week and we got some traffic, but no offers. She suggested we lower the price, so we did, and the showings picked up and multiple, really good offers came in. We countered and ended up selling the house for what we listed it for originally.m! The closing went off without a hitch. While in the process of selling our current home, we started looking for our new home. We looked at a lot of listings and a few homes and then one rainy morning, Devyn and I happened upon the perfect house! The quality was excellent, the lot size was what we wanted and the builder was willing to change/upgrade the items we wanted. Devyn went with us to put money down on the lot. She took notes on everything! She went over the contract with a fine-tooth comb, finding errors and omissions, not allowing us to sign anything that wasn’t perfect. She read over all the amendments - and there were several. She went with us to choose all the finishes. She did all of this willingly and with a smile on her face. Any questions we had she would answer, or find out the answer if she didn’t know. The building process was slower than we were originally led to believe and that was very frustrating, especially because we were living in a one bedroom apartment. Some things in the new house were done incorrectly, or completely omitted, which Devyn addressed immediately and made sure they were corrected. Devyn was always reachable by text or call. Some days the building process went smoothly and other days, well, Devyn found herself on the other end of the phone listening to me complain angrily, or cry hysterically, from frustration. Through all of it Devyn was kind, understanding and professional. However, as nice as she is, she is also one tough cookie and always strives to get her clients what they want and all that they deserve. The last month was particularly harrowing as our closing date changed several times. Devyn kept us calm, but also was out there asking the builder and their agent the tough questions, not stopping till she got the answer she wanted. We finally made it to the closing and she was there for the home inspection and the walkthrough with the builder, telling us what to look for and noticing imperfections that needed to be addressed prior to closing. And of course she accompanied us to the actual closing. We are happily getting settled in our beautiful new home and are grateful every single day that we chose Devyn as our realtor. She was a terrific therapist and our biggest cheerleader. It’s an emotional experience selling and buying a house, but Devyn was our rock, our calm and the voice of reason many times. We love Devyn! If you are buying and or selling your home, and want the very best to guide you through the process, if you want someone who is always looking out for you, call Devyn. You will be glad you did! We certainly are!

Devyn was with us from the beginning of thinking of selling our home and then getting with the builder to build our new home. The process took less than 7 months. IF we had a question, Devyn responding almostly immediately. We had to find a short term rental and she worked that out for us as well. Her photographer was awesome and came twice to take advantage of the flowering landscape. She came to the walk through with us as well as giving us great advice on the mortgage lender. The closing became rather sticky as the attorney was going out of town and said he could not do it, but we needed to close that day. She was on the phone constantly that week between us, the agent, the attorney and the mortgage lender. Her hard work got the job done and she kept us in the loop throughout.
