Dexter was exceptional. He listened to what we wanted, found lots of great options, and found us the exact home that we desired. He even managed to negotiate and obtain it for below the listing price while convincing the seller to handle repair requests noted in the home inspection. Dexter went above and beyond in helping us find contractors to install various upgrades that we wanted, provided invaluable guidance in getting established in the area (as we are moving from out of state), and even went so far as to help ensure that the contractors were able to access the property and complete the work before we moved in from out of state. We could not imagine a more helpful, skilled, and accommodating real estate agent. We strongly recommend Dexter; he is simply outstanding.

I meet Dexter around 2016 and he showed us a house and at the time we wasn't ready to buy at the time but it didn't change the way Dexter from still showing us homes anyway.Fast forward to March of 2021 we we're approved to purchase a home and we put it in 4 offers and got discouraged and Dexter continued to encourage us to keep looking and long story short as of June 21 we became first time homeowners and I would highly recommend Dexter Wuller for all your home buying process he will be with you every step of the way
