She has always been drawn to homes — the stories they hold, what they protect, and what they make possible for the people within them.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Dez lived in Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Brooklyn Heights, New York City, and metro Boston before finding her way to Arkansas. She settled first in Hot Springs Village and now calls Hot Springs home — both communities are home to her, and she serves the surrounding towns as well.
Her background spans television production in New York City, meaningful non-profit work — including time with the Women’s Fund of Southeastern Massachusetts, where she lobbied at the Massachusetts State House — and over a decade in tech, where she currently holds an executive operations role. Layered on top of that is a life lived across cities and countries, which gave her a global perspective and a deep appreciation for what home really means to people in the chapter they find themselves in. At the center of all of it is the same thing — relationships. That is how she works, from the first conversation to closing.
Dez works with buyers, sellers, and investors. Her approach is straightforward — she builds real relationships, does what she says she is going to do, and stays with her clients from the first conversation through closing.
She believes everyone deserves a home and an advocate who truly sees them — everyone.
Outside of work, Dez loves to travel, garden, and create with her hands. She cares deeply about the communities she is part of and the relationships within them. You will often find her working alongside rescue groups or at home with her own rescue animals — senior dogs, rabbits, and whoever needs a safe place to land.
