Dhevin and April made this home buying experience very memorable. We provided them what we were looking for, where we would want to move, and other things to consider for our future home. We learned through them that it is definitely a process in not only helping them find out what we really wanted, but also helping US figure out what that was.

They found houses for us to look at, made appointments for homes we also happened to find, and with COVID the protocols for appointments/open house didn't make it any easier, but Dhevin prepared us and the process wasn't that bad.

After a little over 2 mos. of looking and making offers to some difficult sellers, we found our home in one of the most desired locations on our list. Dhevin and team were not only able to get our offer accepted among 17 others, but were also able to get a loan approved in 11 days. This can be attributed to his knowledge, experience, and his reputation within the local real estate communities. After 12 years of not owning a home, the overall process was relatively fast yet thorough, and an enjoyable (but naturally stressful) experience.

The last realtor we worked with when we were looking a few years ago did not do a very good job and we weren't able to buy our home then. I expected a similar experience but this was definitely not the case! I recommend Dhevin to anyone!

Dhevin is quite frankly “the man”! We sold our amazing home within a month in a very rough market due to the COVID pandemic. He was very responsive with all our questions and concerns throughout the process and made sure we understood and were satisfied before any decisions were made. He made sure that we understood everything about each buyer once we had offers and helped make our decision process an easy one. Dhevin even went out of his way to help with some repairs to make sure our house was on the market on time and presentable. Like what I tell my friends about Dhevin. Just take a moment to hear him out and you’ll want to hire him on the spot! I referred Dhevin to a friend of mine who already had some top notch agent but would always get out bid when it came to making offers on a home. After going with Dhevin he helped Him find a home within a month! This man truly understands every aspect of the business. Dhevin was always honest and courteous. We knew for 2 years that we needed to sell our home. We had prior house hunting experience with Dhevin Tran so we decided to turn the house over to him. He made the necessary arrangements to ready the house for sale. Dhevin listed the house and boom, Covid hit and shut down the market. Several months later the market opened up and we got offers. But it doesn't end there.

Because of the value of the home, a Jumbo loan was needed and Lenders were not making it an easy process. In addition, we needed to have the sale completed and deed recorded by a certain date, which was rapidly approaching. Dhevin used his years of experience in the real estate world to make it all happen.

Like we said before, we had prior experience working with Dhevin (and April). He/they are easy going, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and most importantly, will keep you informed so you understand exactly what is happening "behind the scenes". Do they get our recommendation? Absolutely, without any hesitation.
