About Dia
Dia Jenks contributes to LandVest not only the lifelong love of land that she shares with her husband, Story, but deep experience in using technology to tell compelling stories. Her strategic understanding of content marketing and digital outreach derives from her founding of Horse Network, which she grew to be a dominant player in digital and social media for equestrians.
Dia was drawn to the LandVest team’s expertise and culture of collaboration in solving complex problems for clients and its commitment to think differently about marketing and selling real estate, particularly by leveraging technology to bring out what is important in LandVest’s special properties.
Prior to the Horse Network, Dia was the founder of Dia knitwear, a luxury apparel company that sold in Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and small specialty boutiques. Her sweaters were owned by two first ladies, a British princess, and many celebrities. She dedicated a portion of sales to three conservation projects, a pioneering partnership that was written up in the New York Times. Dia grew up in Stowe, Vermont and graduated from Burke Mountain Academy and Hampshire College. She raced at the elite level in downhill skiing and running and is an active equestrian along with Story and their sons. She and Story live on a late 1700’s farm in Vermont with their four bay horses, BonBon and Frolic the Jack Russell’s, 15 free range chickens and a flock of sheep that belong to their neighbors.
