Having resided in Arizona since 1985, I worked in Property Management for 12 years and have been following my passion for the last 27 years as a Residential Realtor assisting Buyers and Sellers.

I grew up in a small farming community in Iowa and attended both Minnesota State University and Iowa State University prior to moving to Arizona.

I hold both Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) & Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) Designations. I mentor new Agents in addition to having earned multiple Top Producer Awards. Not only is it important to bring experience to my clients, I regularly attend furthering education classes to sharpen my skills in staying abreast of the Real Estate Market and Loan products to provide opportunities, options and smart solutions for my Buyers and Sellers.

I'm experienced with clients who have purchased their homes using traditional FHA, Conventional & Jumbo Loans as well as Grant Programs and other special financing. My experience extends with Short Sales, HUD and Bank Owned homes. I have worked with Buyers and Sellers throughout the entire Phoenix metropolitan area including outlying cities like Casa Grande and Maricopa.
