I recommend Diana without a doubt... and I'm not being modest! Diana went above and beyond to get us in our new home. She answered all our questions and even helped clean our home when I refused to pay for a cleaner. We were selling and buying simultaneously, and Diana fought to get our closing dates on the same day. She made the transition so smooth, that way we could focus on moving and setting up. ***Not to mention the things described above were not asked for she took it upon herself to make it easy for us! *** I have bought two homes before and never had that type of service. That my friends is passion and love for her job, which is needed in this market!

Oh my goodness, Diana is more than a 5 star rating! I honestly could not be more happier with her. This sweet gal went above and beyond, she is genuine and her communication is more than stellar. I had been trying to sell my home FSBO for 2 months and getting nowhere. When Diana reached out to me, she was different than the other realtors that had approached me. I can't even put my finger on what it was, other than she was very genuine. She went to work immediately, painting & decorating all on her own, (She painted my large living room from sage green to a neutral color), hired a stager and a professional photographer. She had my home listed on the MLS just 2 days after I signed with her. We had an offer the very next day and a pending contract 2 days after listing. My house closed in less than 3 weeks after I listed with her. WOW !! She is very professional but also felt like a friend during the whole process, negotiation back and forth with the buyer, etc. Diana is very eager & energetic. If your looking for a realtor, she's the one !

Diana was a pleasure to work with. Helped us prepare our home to go to market including staging, buying flowers for the front yard, and even some of the paint work. Diana provided assistance above what I have had from other realtors in the past. She is helping us get a piece of property as well and continues to go above and beyond
