Diana is friendly, down to earth, and makes you feel very comfortable from the first time you meet. She is professional and listens intently to your needs and specifications, asking questions to fill in the things you don't think of, but should have. She goes to work immediately, and bam! Here come the listings! The hardest part is making a choice and she helps here too. In this crazy Phoenix seller's market we found a gem and Diana worked a plan for us that was way below asking price. If you're looking for a real estate agent she is the ONE!!

As a first time homebuyer Diana made my experience easy, smooth and very welcoming. Always available to answer my questions, or as quick as she could and accurately as she could, given the market. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a memorable one and a comfortable. Highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a stress free easy going experience in a fast paced race. She is a realtor who aims to make sure you find the home for you and not just a temporary house you own.

Diana Montoya was my realtor. I had never met her before but when I spoke with her on the phone to introduce myself I felt comfortable with her right from the start. When we met in person it was like I’d known her for a long time. She’s just a really nice person. As a realtor she was knowledgeable about the area I was interested in and gave me good information. When we were looking at properties she would point out things that I might not have noticed. She was always available to drive me to look at a property that I was interested in. When I finally decided on a house I wanted she was a great negotiator with the other realtor. Even though there were other offers on the house I ended up getting the house and I believe it was because she really went to bat for me. During the loan process she was available to answer any questions I had. Because of the COVID 19 pandemic there were some delays with the loan process and with the Title Co. but Diana was on the phone with them to get them back on track. She even went with me to sign the closing papers to make sure there were no “hick ups” that came up. I can’t say enough about Diana; she’s a great person and a great realtor. I would give her my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor. I now have a friend as a result of my experience with her.
