I was leaving The Woodlands, Texas and seeking to purchase a new home in the San Antonio area. I was fortunate to find Diana Nelson-Pedraza with RE/MAX North San Antonio, Texas to be my realtor. I've purchased two other homes in years past, thought I had good realtors and did; however, Diana was outstanding, extremely professional, very caring (she took me to the hospital, brought me food and picked me up after I was discharged), great, an expert & was by far the best realtor. She answered all of my questions, made suggestions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Diana was able to have the seller drop the selling price by $15,000.00. In this market that was unimaginable. I do and will recommend her to everyone I know who is needing to purchase or sell a home. I couldn't be happier with my new home. Thank you Diana. Having never been through the home-buying process, I was leery of a “salesperson.” I called for a home-showing and fate paired us with Diana. She made such a great first impression and made us feel at ease that we knew we wanted to keep working with her. Diana works hard for you but makes it seem easy. She meets you where you are at in so many ways. If you want to see just one or even seven houses that day, she’ll coordinate it. She’ll grab the wobbly stair-rail to peek into that weird room with you. She’ll put on her boots and trek around in the cedar to trace the lot lines. Heck, when you want to test an odd shower-fixture and find out that it leaks, she even has a beach towel in the car to wipe up your mess! Diana is honest and objective. She respects your budget and your time. Once she got a sense of what we were looking for, she would preview a house to see if it fit our needs. Diana picked our home and knew it was right for us before we even saw it, and she nailed it! We have been so happy throughout this whole process. A friend asked how stressful home-buying was and I found myself saying “Not at all, but that’s because of my amazing realtor!” When we needed recommendations for associates along the way, she had top-notch references: mortgage lenders, inspection companies, home insurance. Everyone we worked with was a true professional. Diana walked into our lives as a realtor and walked out (but not for long- housewarming party coming soon!) as our friend :) If you are working with Diana, you are working with the best!

Amazing experience, it took a while but the honesty and patience I received was incomparable to anyone else I have worked with in any industry. She will give advice when needed but will also not push you into anything. A true advocate for you and what you want. She is also one of the toughest people you will meet when negotiating and getting you the best deal. Her ability to read people and the room makes her invaluable when numbers and contracts are thrown around. Great person in general to know.

Every thing you could possibly hope to have in a realtor that truely stays on her toes for you, is what Diana Nelson Pedraza is. She knows what shes doing all the way threw and she honestly is there for her home buyers 100%. She never gave us a run around or tried to tell us we couldn't get this or that like other realtors do. Diana is one of a kind. When we first met, she told my wife and I that what she really cares about is making her clients happy at the end of the day. Everyone says this but very few back it up with action. Diana has consistently supported this with her actions and we couldn’t be happier to have met her. She is honest, direct, pragmatic and very knowledgeable with the advice and guidance she gives. We looked at dozens of pre-owned homes and many new builds. She could have easily closed to deal and moved on several times. Instead, she took time with my wife and I to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for and exposed unknowns that we would have had no clue about. We ended up going with a new build and she was still there every step of the way despite not needing to be. You will not be disappointed with Diana representing you!

Diana is by far the best of the best and real estate is not just a job, it’s her vocation. We had been working with an agent for a month and a half and were feeling pressured in the end, every house we had seen with the other agent was “a good deal”. We took a break and met Diana one Sunday afternoon after going on Zillow and requesting a showing for what we thought was our dream home. The day we met Diana was the day we found our house, literally the same day, but it wasn’t any of the homes we asked her to show us. She suggested this one after hearing about our likes and areas of interest. She pointed out the defects with each house we visited and steered us in the appropriate direction for where to buy, given we were new to San Antonio and first time home buyers. She took us to the house twice on the same day to make sure we were happy. Everything was smooth sailing from there because we took her advice on everything and we do not regret it. We went with the mortgage lender she recommended, the inspector, even the home warranty and for a young newly wed couple with their first baby on the way, we got the home we wanted, the price we wanted, the repairs we wanted, the home warranty completely covered and everything within our tight budget. We have Diana to thank for our wonderful home buying experience. Please do yourself and your family a favor and ask Diana to help you along this journey, working with her was an absolute pleasure. Her demeanor, connections, affability and confidence are rare and she guides herself by one simple principle that is hard to find nowadays; Do your job, except for her that means going way above and beyond! Heaven sent seems like an understatement when describing our experience with Diana. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and had a lot of reservations about what to expect. Diana was there for us every step of the way. Her advocacy for us is unparalleled to anything my wife and I have ever experience. She was able to mange the process (and us) every step of the way.
