I received my Associate Broker's license in 1983 , in 2003 was the managing broker and part owner of a national franchised company, in 2005 opened my own company, Holliday Realtors. I was chosen Favorite Realtor in the Columbus/Ledger Enquirer Reader's Choice Awards in 1995 and in 2011 in LaGrange. Holliday Realtors was chosen Favorite Real Estate Company in the LaGrange Daily News Readers Choice Awards 5 years in a row. I received my CRS designation in 1995, GRI designation in 1984. I began my Real Estate Career in LaGrange, Ga., which is my home, then moved to Columbus, Ga. in 1985, then moved back home in 2001. Over the years, I have completed numerous courses that would help me serve you. Some of these courses include -- Appraising Real Property I and II, How to Build a House, Internet marketing, RE Law, etc. I also attended Judson College in Marion Al., LaGrange College in LaGrange, and graduated from Andersonville Theological Seminary in 2000 with an Associate of Biblical Studies degree and Bachelor of Ministry in 2002. Being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother helps me better understand the needs of my clients. Currently, in addition to handling residential and commercial listings and sales, I am a local HUD listing broker and handle REO properties for numerous banks/AM companies, PLUS we have a property management division.
