I was originally looking for a house to rent. I was looking around and leaving messages to potential rentals. By chance, I ended up on the phone with a realtor named Diana. She assisted me with information on rentals to include rentals that weren't on their listings. I gave her the specifics on what we needed as my ex-husband is a disabled handicap veteran. I also must mention that my daughter has 3 Yorkshire terriers and most home owners would not accept them in their rental homes, though the listing mentioned "pets allowed". Diana was working with me for a few weeks helping me find the right place. Shed make it a point to work after work, before work and all this with a gracious disposition. I very much appreciated the fact that I found such a wonderful person that went above and beyond for me to find a rental home. At the end of the day, we decided to purchase a home. I chose Diana to be my realtor! She worked night and day diligently to find us the perfect home. She showed us beautiful homes in wonderful areas. Again, she went above and beyond all my expectations! I knew she wouldn't let us down! Then came the day she found the perfect home that would accommodate my ex-husband and his special needs. Not only would it accommodate him, but my four grandchildren would have the very own rooms for the very first time! This review is long over due! If you are reading this and are considering a realtor to purchase or rent a home... you will be doing yourself a justice in talking to Diana Rodrguez-Betance@AZ Residential Management before anyone else. She is such a wonderful person! She is a PROFESSIONAL and very hard working! I consider her family and a good friend.
