Would recommend Dianna 10/10 times. She’s always there for her clients, very knowledgeable in the new build process, and the main reason I went with her is because I noticed other realtor agents priorities themselves and finances over their clients, and she’s the opposite.

I want to share my home buying experience with Carter Realty and especially Diana Scott. My first positive connection was that her last name was Scott, which is a part of my heritage. From the the time we we introduced, I felt a positive vibe. Thank you Mrs. Carter for pairing us up. One of the first things she said to me was that in purchasing a home, "You had to Love it, not just like it." Never did I imagine that that would come into play the way it did. I put a bid on a home that at first thought was everything I had asked for. I got the bid! Great!, Right? After careful reconsideration over the weekend, I decided that the home was not right for me. I reluctantly called Diana late Sunday night to let her know of my wanting to opt out. I decided that I did not "LOVE " this home. I could feel her disappointment, but she encouraged me, and let me know that we would find the home that was right for me. She was with me every step of the way, even when I had questions about the same thing over and over again. She was patient and never condescending. I thank her for that. The overall experience was good. At times it was frustrating, but Diana was the one who helped me to get through it and finally find my home that I "LOVE".
