Diana Smith is a sales leader, and her goal is to provide thoughtful and effective personal coaching to help everyone achieve their peak performance. Coaching and mentoring have been the most fulfilling part of her 25-year career as a Sales Executive in the IBM Corporation, as a Real Estate Branch Manager and now as Team Leader of the Lafayette Branch of Abio Properties. Teamwork and collaboration are critical. Salespeople who share and collaborate are more successful than those who work alone-- and certainly have more FUN!
