Diane Bown and the staff at Jeff Cook Real Estate made the sale of my 45+ year old home stress free. She and Mark, the contractor, helped with some minor repairs and updates that I could not get done myself. The finished work was excellent. I wish I had known about them a couple of years earlier. Diane is amazing! She genuinely wants to help you get what you want and looks out for your best interest. She even made sure she was available while on vacation. She has been very understanding and great about me having to drag my 3 young kids to look at places.
