About Diane
A resident of Indian Wells, member of the Indian Wells Country Club and the Brentwood Country Club in Los Angeles. Most of our communities in the desert are country club environments. Being a member of two clubs for many years I feel that I have a high level of knowledge of that market.
A member of CDAR (California Desert Association of Realtors), CAR (California Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the Indian Wells Platinum Key Agent program.
In addition, I have a B.S. in Marketing and Management, certified Short Sale Specialist (SFR) by NAR and a BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource) by NAR. Former work experience includes working for a division of First American Data Corp.,providing expertise in selling marketing solutions to lenders, real estate investors, appraisers and title companies. I also worked for the consumer credit company, Experian, and gained expertise in the credit industry managing national credit related direct marketing campaigns. Working for a major lender as their desert area REO specialist, I prepared Broker Price Opinions and sold bank owned homes.
My aim is to bring integrity, intelligence, passion for perfection, and a sense of professionalism to the transactions of buying, selling and renting luxury properties. High-end clients and investors need an agent with a respect for their privacy and a high level of knowledge of their financial goals.
