Diane Byrd

Buying and/or selling a home is an important, personal decision. With over 17 years in the financial services industry and a personal interest in purchasing and renovating homes, she fully understands the market and the emotional and financial commitment her clients feel when buying or selling their home. She is committed to ensuring her clients make informed decisions and have a pleasurable, satisfying experience throughout the process. Originally from Connecticut, she moved to Charlotte in 2003 and joined Bank of America where she served as a Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operational Risk Management for much of her career. While at Bank of America, she gained experience leading successful teams, resolving complex issues, and implementing initiatives both in the US and abroad. In 2014, she joined Helen Adams Realty and was awarded Rookie of the Year and the Platinum Customer Satisfaction award based-off of independent research. Since then, she has established a large, diverse client base and continue to be a leader in both sales and customer service. Since moving to Charlotte, she has renovated homes in Chantilly, Elizabeth, and Eastover, and Oakhurst and built and designed her current home in Cotswold. Her interest in real estate goes back decades working on home improvements, additions, and renovations with her father, a retired Electrician. She has always been drawn to real estate and has experience in staging, renovation, landscaping, interior design, and construction. She currently resides in the Cotswold neighborhood, with her husband, Jason, son, Austin and their golden-doodle, Winston. In her free time, she enjoys traveling in the US and abroad, tennis, golf, gardening, reading, home improvement projects, and hands on volunteer work. She is also a member of Sardis Swim & Racquet Club, United States Tennis Association, Queen City Tennis, Cotswold-Billingsville PTA, and Mercy College Alumni Association.
