With over 21 years in this business, I have come to realize that I have always loved history and architecture. So, it is by no mistake that I landed in the real estate world. What started as a weekend passion has turned into a successful, full-time career.

My high level of integrity resonates with buyers and sellers. My outgoing personality and professional demeanor allows me to connect with customers in a way that earns repeat and referral business. With my extensive and diversified experience, I'm quite capable with selling small budget homes up to million dollar properties.

Originally from New York, I have lived in the Sarasota area for over two decades. It's my love of the water that once drew me here and now compels me to stay. I know that customers will be equally as captivated by the area for the warmth of the Florida sun and the sparkle of the Gulf of Mexico waters.

I understand the magnitude of the investment and the emotions that go along with making a home sale or purchase. I work with each client to fully understand their needs, wants, and desires while keeping their bottom line in mind. As a local board member of an investment group, I keep up-to-date on the market trends and am well equipped to help you make the right decision at the right time.

I can envision a house and see it as someone’s home. I treat real estate as your biggest investment. I'm continually educating myself on the current temperature of the market.

I live in Sarasota where you can often find me in the yoga studio, or at educational events, or even taking in the glorious sunsets along the shore. I'm enjoying the next phase of my life after raising my daughter as a single parent. When I'm not in yoga class, taking in a concert along the bay front, or at one of the many local theatres, I'm in the car enjoying all that Florida has to offer. Whether it’s a trip up to St. Augustine or a walk along the beautiful beaches of Longboat Key, you can always count on me to return home to Sarasota and my beloved pets.
