Diane Clark

Diane started her career in Real Estate in 2002, and after a few years learning the business, she has been a top producer for 16 consecutive years. She received the President’s award, for number of units sold and revenue generated, from Coldwell Banker for 2015 through 2017. During those two years, she closed 120 transactions, with an emphasis on seller listings. Prior to that, she worked at Century 21, achieving the top-level Centurion award for 2013 and 2014.

Diane’s initial decision to get involved in Real Estate was based on several factors. First of all, her husband and Diane has been real estate investors since they bought their first property, a duplex. They had also owned a small retail business, a video store, that they closed in 2001. She really enjoyed meeting and interacting with people from their local community and realized that she wanted to pursue a career that involves a high level of personal interaction.

Diane truly enjoys helping people to achieve their dream of home ownership. At the same time, she has become exceptional at helping clients to position and sell their homes. Relocation buyers and sellers are her specialty. Her buyers and sellers have the full benefit of her 16 years’ experience in helping to avoid the issues that can befall the uninformed.

Diane felt fortunate to have been spent most of her life in the Delaware Valley area of Philadelphia. She grew up in Downingtown, and now live south of West Chester. She has traveled to many places in the US and overseas, and truly believe this is one of the best places in the world to live and raise a family!

Diane has a great family that includes three children, two grandchildren and a supportive husband. They enjoy travel, boating and beach trips. They are also local college and Philadelphia sports fans.
