When you are ready to sell a house and plan to purchase another home it is very important to have a professional real estate agent assist you.We would highly recommend Diane to be your agent. She worked patiently with us. Whenever we had an interest in seeing a house, she promptly made the necessary contacts, and was always there to view the house with us. Diane was extremely knowledgeable in getting the correct answers to all our questions relating to the many homes that we went to see. When we were finally ready to sell she guided us through the preparations that would make our home marketable. We were amazed at how quickly she organized the advertisement for our home and the scheduling for buyers to see our home. When we found our new home, Diane provided outstanding assistance with the large number of administrative obligations that are required for smooth settlements. Diane is an honest and trustworthy person.
