Diane was SO helpful and attentive during the process of finding my home! If I text her, I knew she’d respond within 5 minutes - which is crucial for how competitive the market is right now. She tells it like it is and will always give you her real opinion - she’s not just trying to make a sale, she’s trying to find you your perfect home. Being that this was my first time buying a home, I didn’t have much experience or knowledge of how the process worked - anytime I had a question or didn’t understand something, she’d take the time to call me and explain and wouldn’t hang up until I understood what we were talking about. I’m very grateful for that as a first time homebuyer. I’m so happy I went with Diane and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next home!!

Diane is by far the best real estate agent I have ever known.
That sounds a bit dramatic, but it’s true. Out of all the agents I have interacted with over the years Diane showed genuine care and concern over our home sale. She worked diligently and passionately to answer all calls, kept us in the loop through it all so we won’t be overwhelmed and more stressed than we already are.
She treated us like family, and showed same passion and devotion helping us understand every offer that came our way, and there was ALOT.
Simply put THE best agent around, bar NONE. If you are in the market to sell your home or purchase your dream home, I highly recommend Diane. She will impress you.

Diane was the third real estate agent my husband and I have worked with over the last ten or so years, and she was unequivocally the BEST. She helped us buy our third home, and sell our first home. What can I NOT say about the agent who helped us buy our dream home during the most turbulent and competitive seller’s market in decades? Diane is truly a top tier agent, and a masterful negotiator. She first helped us buy a new home. We weren’t comfortable selling in this market without already having a new home lined up to move into, she walked us through the timing of the process, making sure that we felt comfortable every step of the way and never pushing us to take risks or do things we didn’t feel comfortable with. She was always honest and forthright when we were discussing submitting an offer, letting us know what would or would not be competitive, but also offering a neutral voice to let us know when we were potentially assuming TOO much risk.

In a market where most buyers bid on 10-15 houses before finally getting an accepted off, Diane helped us to get to yes on our SECOND offer! She followed up continuously with the seller’s agent, constantly letting them know that we were open to a counter offer. I truly believe that it is because of her hard work, diligence, and follow thru that we got an accepted offer through on our new dream home. She is #1 of the three agents we've worked with to purchase homes. She far outperforms anyone we've ever worked with on market and process knowledge, trustworthiness, and just an overall fantastic attitude. Seriously, she’s the most positive person I've ever met, and she took a stressful process and made it far less painful than I was expecting it to be. She went to every home showing with us, and always offered us a neutral, honest opinion. She never pushed us to make a decision, and always encouraged us to not jump in if we didn’t feel comfortable or weren’t in love with what we were seeing. She knew we wanted this to be the home our daughter grows up in, and kept us focused on our long term goals and not on the feeding frenzy that is today's market.

For our first home sale she patiently walked us through the process of getting our home ready for listing. She sent a fantastic photographer to our home to do interior and exterior photos, to include drone footage and a walk thru. She made our home look AMAZING! We had requested viewings within minutes of putting the house on MLS, and ended up having 68 viewings of the home with it only listed on the market 2.5 days. She was spot on with her estimate of what the home would appraise for, and because of her expertise we made the wise choice to prioritize offers that would give a full appraisal guarantee. We ended up with 29 offers on our home, all of which she diligently reviewed, vetted, and then put into a spreadsheet so that we could review the offers price points and contingencies. She made it so easy to quickly identify what our top offers were when we had that many offers on the table. Truly, she made the entire selling process from start to finish almost fun! Thanks to her mastery of the listing and negotiating process we ended up selling our home for 25K over asking with a full appraisal guarantee.

I am an active duty service member, and I wholeheartedly refer Diane to my friends, family, and fellow Soldiers alike. She is patient, knowledgeable, and positive. She makes the stress of the home buying and selling process far easier than anyone we've ever worked with. In addition to all of this, Diane came with a huge portfolio of professionals that helped make our home selling and buying easier, mortgage financers, home inspectors, stagers, etc. You name it, she name someone at the top of their field who could handle it for you. Someday, when we go to sell our investment property, she is the first and only agent we will call.

My wife and I worked with Diane Dabira to purchase a property this Spring and she was outstanding. Diane made the process incredibly easy and willingly communicated with us numerous times outside of regular business hours. Even when we changed our minds she was constantly supportive and looked out for our best interests. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend!
