We would never have purchased this property without the expertise, fortitude, understanding and energy of Diane Finnigan.
She is the Realtor and advocate that everyone wants for, at least, four reasons.
1. Diane listens, empathizes and understands the vision and desires of the client.
2. Diane is a problem-solver. She approaches obstacles with concrete solutions.
3. Diane is an expert with an amazing resource base. As a lawyer, she brings a deep understanding of law and regulation. Her network of resources is incredible. She provided us with a great Inspector, numerous contractors and experts who could answer questions.
4. Finally, Diane has great integrity. She could have glossed over inspections, incidents etc., but always pushed deeper to get a full understanding. Because of her, we knew exactly what we were getting into. This trait created many hours of work for her. She does thing the right way rather than the easy way.
We are very grateful that she served as our advocate.
